The problem

Your customers repeat themselves. You pay for it.

Watch one simple question travel through a typical support stack.

  1. “Where's my order?”

  3. “As I explained before…”

The shift

Answering bots reply. hiveCell resolves.

The difference isn't smarter answers. It's one agent that remembers everything — and finishes the job.

Today · Multichannel

Five channels. Five separate memories.

The customer carries the context from channel to channel.

hiveCell · Omnichannel

Five channels. One agent. One memory.

The agent carries the context — and completes the request.

In practice

One customer. Two channels. Zero repetition.

An illustrative conversation. She emails at night, then calls in the morning — and the agent already knows.

Email · 9:14 pm

“Order #4821 was due yesterday and still hasn't arrived. Where is it?”

hiveCell agent · email reply

“It's held up at our Bengaluru hub. I can move delivery to Saturday — reply yes, or call us any time and we'll pick up right here.”

Phone call · next morning, 8:02 am · transcript

“Hi, I emailed last night about my order — it still hasn't come.”

hiveCell agent · on the call

“Yes — the delayed order to Bengaluru. Shall I move it to Saturday, same address?”

Customer · on the call

“Yes please.”

Action taken Delivery moved to Saturday · identity confirmed on the call · written confirmation sent by email
She switched from email to a phone call. She didn't start over — and no one on your team touched it.

What it does

It doesn't point to answers. It acts.

Real examples of requests completed inside the conversation — on whichever channel the customer chose.

  • Refunds

Issued on the spot — within limits you set.

  • Deliveries

Rescheduled and confirmed on the same thread.

  • Account details

Updated — after the customer proves it's them.

  • Subscriptions

Upgraded, paused or cancelled — your rules apply.

  • Orders

Tracked, fixed, rerouted — not just linked.

  • Appointments

Booked and moved on your real calendar.

Your systems define exactly what it may do — nothing more. Every action is verified and logged.

Why it's named hiveCell

It remembers, so they never explain twice.

Our agent gathers facts the way bees gather nectar. Every conversation fills the customer’s cell.

So every conversation starts where the last one ended — no one explains twice.

Without memory

“Can I take your order ID again, please?”

With hiveCell

“Still about the delayed order to Bengaluru?”

Always improving

Better every month. Tested before every release.

Misses become fixes your team approves — and no new version ships until it passes every case it has ever handled.

The improvement loop

Fuel: unanswered questions, poor ratings, hand-offs to humans, abandoned requests.

Resolved without your team

Automated ticket types resolved end-to-end. Target trajectory for a scoped pilot — not a measured result.

Tested before it ships

Before any new version goes live, it re-runs every case it has ever handled — so a fix for one issue can't quietly break ten working ones.

  • Refund flowpass
  • Delivery reschedulepass
  • Identity checkpass
  • Tone & wordingpass

All past cases pass → release approved

Trust & control

Powerful — but never out of your control.

It checks who it's talking to

Anything sensitive waits until the customer proves it's really them — for example with a one-time code.

It has limits it cannot cross

Spending ceilings, forbidden topics, required wording — enforced by configuration, not by asking nicely.

Everything is on record

Every action, check and decision is logged against the conversation — ready for review or audit.

When a person is needed, they get the full story

The complete conversation, the facts learned, the actions already taken — and one line on why it escalated. When the person is done, the agent picks the relationship back up. Customers never start over.

It hands off when the customer asks for a person the request is outside its scope it isn't confident frustration shows

Fits your stack

No migration. Live in three days.

hiveCell sits in front of what you already run. Nothing is replaced, re-provisioned or frozen.

Your helpdesk

Zendesk · Freshdesk · Salesforce · Intercom

Tickets, SLAs and reporting stay exactly where they are.

Your channels

WhatsApp Business · Twilio · Meta · your inboxes

Bring your own numbers and accounts. Nothing re-provisioned.

Your systems

Shopify · SAP · Stripe · your own tools

The agent plugs into them to take action — safely and with permission.

Your knowledge

Notion · Confluence · Drive · past tickets

Policies and help articles stay yours, where they already live.

Why three days is enough

It studies your tickets. Then builds itself.

No workshops, no flow-mapping, no training project. Your last 30 days of conversations are the blueprint.

  1. DAY 1

    Connect

Your helpdesk, channels and systems plug in — read-only to start.

  2. DAY 2

    Build

It studies your last 30 days of conversations and drafts the whole agent — who handles what, how each job gets done, when to hand off, what it may never do.

  3. DAY 3

    Review & go live

Your team edits and approves everything. It's replayed against your own past cases. Your first channel goes live.

Day one for your customers isn't day one for the agent — it has already handled a month of your tickets.

Next step

See it resolve your tickets. Thirty minutes.

The fastest way to judge hiveCell isn't a longer page — it's watching it work on your own tickets.

  1. You pick your three highest-volume ticket types.

  2. We connect the agent to the systems behind them.

  3. You watch it resolve them end-to-end, on your channels.

  4. We agree the success metric before any pilot starts.

Questions buyers ask

Before you book

What happens when the agent can't handle something?
It hands off to a person on your team — with the full conversation, the facts it learned, the actions it already took, and one line on why. It escalates when the customer asks for a person, when the request is outside its scope, when it isn't confident, or when frustration shows. When the person is done, the agent picks the relationship back up.
Which actions can it take, and who decides?
You do. Refunds, delivery changes, account updates, subscription changes, order fixes, appointment booking — each is switched on individually, with limits such as a refund ceiling. Anything sensitive waits until the customer proves it's them. If it isn't on the list, the agent can't do it.
Do we have to replace our helpdesk or channels?
No. hiveCell sits in front of what you already run — Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, Intercom, your WhatsApp Business numbers, your inboxes. Tickets, SLAs and reporting stay where they are. Your help articles and policies stay in Notion, Confluence or Drive.
How is three days to go-live possible?
Because the agent builds itself from your last 30 days of conversations: who handles what, how each job gets done, when to hand off, what it may never do. Day 1 connects your systems read-only. Day 2 it drafts the whole agent. Day 3 your team reviews and edits everything, it's replayed against your own past cases, and your first channel goes live.
What about our customers' data?
Personal details are masked in logs and transcripts. Your knowledge stays in your own stores — it's read, not copied out. Where data is held, and for how long, are configurable to your requirements. Every action, check and decision is logged so your team can review or audit it. We'll walk your security team through the details in the working session.
How is a pilot scoped and measured?
We start with one channel and your highest-volume ticket types, measured against your current numbers — resolution rate, cost per contact, repeat contacts, satisfaction. The success metric is agreed before the pilot starts. Then you expand channel by channel.
What does it cost?
It depends on your channels, volumes and the actions you switch on, so we scope it with you rather than publish a list. Book a working session and we'll give you a clear proposal for your pilot.
